Who we sell to is part of the supply chain

A clean network used for abuse is not a clean network. We ask before access is granted, publish the rules beforehand, and act when traffic is reported.

Before access

  • Sign-up asks who you are, what organisation you act for, and what you intend to collect or test.
  • Some products, and larger accounts, require additional verification before they are enabled.
  • We may decline an account whose use case we judge to be abusive, unlawful or unclear. We do not owe a negotiation.
  • Sanctioned persons and jurisdictions are refused.

After access

  • Abuse reports to [email protected] are triaged by a person.
  • We may suspend an account while a report is investigated, and end it if the report is upheld.
  • Prohibited uses are listed in the acceptable use policy, before purchase.
