Report abuse from one of our addresses
If traffic from a ProxyLabs address reached your systems in a way it should not have, this is what to send and where to send it.
What to send
- The IP address. Exactly as it appears in your logs.
- The time, in UTC. To the minute if you have it, or the first and last request you saw.
- The host on your side. The hostname or service that received the traffic.
- What you saw. Log lines, request headers or a short description. Do not send personal data you do not need to.
Send it to [email protected].

- A person reads the report. It is not auto-closed.
- We may suspend the account behind the session while we investigate, and end it if the report is upheld. See the acceptable use policy.
- We do not publish a response time yet. If you need an urgent block on your side meanwhile, you do not need our permission to block the address.
- Because addresses in a shared pool are reused, the time in UTC is what lets us find the right session.
