Privacy policy
Unidatum LLC is the controller of the personal data described here and trades as ProxyLabs.
What we hold
- Account data: name, email, organisation, and the answers you give to our onboarding questions.
- Billing data: invoices and payment records. Card details are handled by our payment processor, not stored by us.
- Usage and connection data: which product you used, volumes, and connection metadata such as times, source and destination, needed to bill you, operate the service and respond to abuse reports. We do not record the content of your traffic.
- Website data: only what the cookie policy describes, and only after you agree where the law requires it.
Why we hold it
To provide the service and bill for it (contract), to prevent and investigate abuse and keep the network secure (legitimate interests), to meet tax and legal obligations, and to measure the website where you have agreed.
How long
Connection metadata is kept only as long as needed for the purposes above and then deleted. Account and billing records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. The specific periods are set out in the data processing agreement we provide to customers on request.
Who we share it with
Payment processors and infrastructure providers acting as processors, and public authorities where a valid legal order requires it. We do not sell personal data.
Residential network participants
People whose devices carry traffic for the residential and mobile networks have their own terms with our supply partners. Our approach is described on the sourcing page.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your data, or object to it, and you can complain to your data protection authority. Write to [email protected].
