Terms of service

The service

We provide access to proxy networks and request-based data APIs, as described on this site and in your dashboard. The product, its billing unit and its limits are those stated in your dashboard when you place an order.

Your account

• You are responsible for keeping credentials secret and for all traffic sent with them.
• You must give accurate information, including about your organisation and intended use, and keep it current.
• You must not be subject to sanctions that prohibit us from supplying you.
• You may not resell or share access without a written agreement with us.

Acceptable use

Your use must comply with the acceptable use policy, which forms part of these terms, and with applicable law. We may suspend access immediately where we reasonably believe it is breached.

Billing

You pay the price shown in your dashboard for the order you configured, in advance unless a written agreement says otherwise. Taxes are added where required. Refund and credit terms for a product are stated at checkout.

Availability

We aim for high availability and publish incidents on our status page. We do not guarantee that any target website will be reachable, that any address will be unblocked, or that any success rate will hold, because those depend on third parties. Any service level commitment applies only if stated in a written agreement.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before it arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may end it for breach of these terms. Unused prepaid balances are handled as stated at checkout and in any written agreement.
