Enterprise
An enterprise proxy provider that shows its working
The path for teams where engineering evaluates and security, legal and finance sign off. It is the same product as self-serve, with the paperwork and the evaluation done properly.
What we provide
What a team under procurement can ask for
An evaluation designed with you
Targets, sample sizes and a definition of success agreed before traffic runs, using the published method.
Contract and invoicing terms
Committed spend, invoicing and purchase orders are discussed with sales. Terms are agreed per account and not published.
A security and compliance pack
Questionnaire answers, the data processing agreement and sub-processor list, with the gaps stated. See the register.
Sourcing evidence on request
The sourcing policy is public. Evidence behind each statement is discussed under the review process.
An engineer on the thread
Technical questions go to someone who can answer them, not through a ticket queue.
How a first conversation goes
- Send the topic, products and rough volume through the contact form. Choose volume terms or security review.
- First reply: what we can supply, what we cannot, and who will join the call.
- Run the evaluation on your targets with the harness, in parallel with the paperwork.
- Review results against your own definition of success, then decide.
What we do not have yet
Better you hear it from us before the call than find it in the questionnaire.
- Third-party certification or audit reports. None are claimed.
- A published service level, uptime figure or response-time commitment. Ask what can be written into the contract.
- A price list. Prices are shown in the dashboard when you configure an order, and volume terms are discussed with sales.
Questions procurement asks first
Can I buy without talking to sales?
Yes. You can create an account and configure an order yourself. Sales is for volume terms, invoicing, security review and migration.
Do you offer an SLA?
No service level is published. If you need one, say so in the first message and we will tell you what can be agreed in writing.
Do you have SOC 2 or ISO 27001?
No. We do not claim any certification or audit. The trust pages list what exists today and what is only available on request.
Can you give references?
Only where a customer has agreed to speak to you. We publish no logos.
Start the paperwork and the test together.
Send the topic and the products in scope. The first reply says what we can supply.
