Cost per 1,000 successful pages
Enter any provider's price and the success rate you measured. The result is comparable across billing units. It works for competitors too, which is the point.
Cost per 1,000 successful pages
2.5
In the currency you entered the price in. Nothing on this page is sent anywhere: the arithmetic runs in your browser.
What the formula assumes
- Per request: price per request, times 1,000, divided by success rate. This assumes failed requests are billed. If the provider does not bill failures, enter 100 and check the reference.
- Per GB: price per GB, times the gigabytes moved by 1,000 attempts, divided by success rate. Count failed attempts in the megabytes figure.
- Per IP: the rental price divided by the successful pages that address delivers in its term, which is a capacity you estimate from your own rate tests.
Measure the success rate with the harness in the method, on your own targets.
